MEADOW PARK, BRAINTREE: Phase III - Hotel-style living with Holiday Retirement

The construction of Phase III has now started and completion is expected late 2008.

Holiday Retirement has designed a single four-storey retirement residence based strongly on local vernacular architecture. It will consist of 104 apartments, together with community living areas. The Holiday Retirement concept of hotel-style living will very much complement Meadow Park, with a choice of one- or two-bedroomed or studio apartments within a safe and secure environment.

The dining room, offering breakfast, lunch and dinner, is supplemented by a coffee lounge open all day, while a guest room and private dining room provide for friends and family; and a library, games room, gym offer further possibilities.

The building will be set in landscaped gardens around a south facing courtyard, with an avenue of trees to provide a parkland setting.
