
Management services and amenities at Meadow Park will be provided by Peveral Care services.
The Staff
Meadow Park will be discreetly looked after by a compliment of staff. On completion of Phase 1,
there will be a day manager available in the pavilion to help residents and manage the upkeep of
the buildings and grounds.
When the development is fully occupied, Peverel envisage 24-hour availability provided by resident
estate manager, assistant estate manager, overnight security person, grounds and building maintenance
personnel.
Each property will be fitted with an emergency call system enabling residents to call for assistance should they get into difficulty.
In addition, the development will be installed with CCTV linked to the manager’s office.
Each property will have a state of the art video entry system enabling residents to see who is calling before giving access.
Each property will have direct access to Sky and Sky+ satellite television, broadband
internet, as well as terrestrial television.
The Residents’ Mini Bus
This will be available to take short trips into town or periodically longer “away days”.
